Grad, First Page

My first scrapbook page with pictures from Grad :) A lot of the items on this page are found, or just completely made by me. The pink transparency in the middle and the patterned circle paper inspired this layout, and Im pretty happy with how this one turned out. That has to be the most expensive paper I've ever bought (the circle patterned paper) It was like $2 or something, but I usually just bypass the expensive stuff and go for the cheap. But this paper caught my eye, and I HAD to take it home.
I found the blue flower petals on the floor of home sense, I actually found a lot of flower petals on the floor :) so since the lady was gonna sweep them up anyways and discard them, I took them home. The paper circle in the centre is from the "Me and My Big Ideas Black and White Free Spirit paper pad, which I bought from Winners for CHEAP. The tan crumpled flower thing is made from tissue paper that they packaged my purchase from Aerie in.
The pink transparency is from the packaging of the circle cutter I bought from EK success. As soon as I saw it, I knew I had to use it in a layout. The purple vellum is embossed in a Cuttlebug Embossing folder (and since I dont have a Cuttle bug machine, i used a rolling pin and a hammer :D So much cheaper but required a little bit of extra work and noise). The ribbon was ruffled by yours truly and was a bit of a pain haha.
I just LOVE that circle paper :) The flower is A Prima Calypso flower, and the Alphabet stickers are the Recollections Brand from Michaels. I bought all of them yesterday for 40% off :) I just love sales haha.
The lace doily is actually off of my table at grad. I took it home, cut it into triangles and distressed it with some tan ink. Then threaded some red thread through the top and made a banner.

Hope you like this one, I was so into it while making it that its probably the fastest layout that I have ever made. Grad was a blast by the way, and my mom surprised us with a LIMO :D It was fabulous.
